Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant. I was totally new to Kombucha brewing and convinced I wouldn’t be able to make anything that tasted remotely like the “professional” Kombucha I’d had.
Not the case. With this kit, I was delighted with the taste from brew 1 – and that was just the basic green tea brew bag that came with it. Looking forward to brew 2 and then trying out the other brew bag flavours.
Even though the instructions themselves were extremely clear and easy to follow, the email support for a newby like me has been fantastic.
