At BooChaCha, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). There maybe terms within the year where we are taking a holiday. A holiday notice will always be displayed on our homepage if this is the case and orders will always be fulfilled with priority shipping when we return. 

Orders placed after 4pm or on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Times

United Kingdom

Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days from dispatch.

International Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on location, but typically range from:
Europe: 5–10 working days
Rest of World: 7–15 working days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, you may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon delivery.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees. BooChaCha is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice a mistake, contact us at guru@boochacha.co.uk as soon as possible and we will try our best to rectify the fault.

Delivery Issues

Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays, weather, customs processing).

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within:
10 working days (UK)
20 working days (International)

Please contact us at guru@boochacha.co.uk and we will investigate with the courier.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Failed Deliveries & Returns to Sender

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

Incorrect address

Failure to collect

Refusal to pay customs charges

We reserve the right to deduct shipping costs from any refund issued.

Liability & Risk

Once your order has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the goods passes to you.
