The instructions given were so easy to follow and the calendar is so useful, I now have the most wonderful home brew kombucha and it is growing its SCOBY quickly now. I have brought a second starter kit now as my husband has started drinking it so I can't brew it fast enough!
So satisfying to brewing my own knowing there are no nasty chemicals and preservatives in like there can be from supermarket brought.
Hebe was so quick in answering any questions I had and her service has been brilliant.
I had been debating getting a starter brew kit for a while, as I had been following Boochacha on instagram, but was anxious about doing it! No need to be! The kit has everything you need in it, and the instructions are very clear and easy to follow, also if you have a question Hebe answers so quick to help you out.

I highly recommend the complete starter kit. It arrived quickly, contained everything I needed and was easy to set up. I also like the fact that you’re able to ask questions. I was slightly worried my SCOBY might not be growing how it should but Hebe answered my query straight away and immediately put my mind at ease.

So happy I purchased this, always wanted to give it a try but didn't think I could make it work. Today was taste day & I've managed to make the perfect tasting Kombucha. Everything is easily explained & it's great that you have all the necessary items to hand so no last minute trips to the shops to buy something. My Scoby is called Craig because he Cha Cha's :-) I've bought some brew bags as well so looking forward to trying out different flavours. Thank you for making this kit, it's fabulous.
