New to kombucha fermenting but this starter Scoby was very speedily delivered.. and a good handful of SCOBY and fluid! Very excited to be on my way to some experimenting with flavours.. at day 21.. and about to place some of the first into the fridge.. and after 10 days, beging continuous brewing!
