Recipes for Tart Kombucha (Kombucha Vinegar)

Recipes to put an over fermented batch of Kombucha, otherwise known as Kombucha Vinegar, to good use

Kombucha Pickled Red Onions, Garlic & Cumin Seeds

We used one of our 1000ml clip top jars and filled with sliced red onion, garlic (approx. 2 medium onions, 5 garlic cloves) and a tablespoon of cumin seeds. Then we filled the jar to the top with tart, home-made green tea Kombucha, made using our Complete Kombucha Starter Kit, and left at room temperature to ferment for 7 days.

Crunchy, super healthy & delicious on pizza, sourdough toast, or in a salad with feta and a drizzle of oil.

The live bacteria in your Kombucha survive during freezing, which makes it a great one to get some probiotics into kids too!
