Sweet Berry Dessert Wine Recipe
This is PERFECT for Christmas! Smooth, sweet & totally natural desert wine is great after a heavy meal, poured over chocolate pudding, or added to a dash of gin.
We made 1 litre using a handful of frozen berries, 1 vanilla pod & 900ml of fresh Sencha Green Tea Kombucha, but this would also work great with the Rooibos Kombucha Brew Bag or any of our other fruity options.
Defrost berries and slice and dice vanilla pod, add to a fermentation safe glass bottle and top with Kombucha. Leave to infuse at room temp for 2 - 3 days.
Strain lumps and refrigerate before serving up to some very lucky guests!
Cranberry & Ginger Kombucha Recipe
A simple festive recipe to really put fresh cranberries to good use!
To make 1 litre, add a good handful of cranberries to a plastic jug, and crush them. Grate in a thumb of fresh ginger, option to add cinnamon, or nutmeg if you prefer, and a dash of lemon juice, and then fill with fresh Kombucha (Sencha Green Tea or our Classic Kombucha Brew Bag work beautifully with this tasty combo)
Pour into fermentation safe clip top glass bottle (consider doing it over the sink if neck is narrow) and then leave to ferment for 3-5 days at room temp.
Serve up cold, with some ice, a twig of rosemary, or a shot of gin.
Pine Needle & Lemon Kombucha Recipe
This recipe is made extra exciting if you can go foraging for the pine needles (please make sure you follow ....)!
We made gifts with our Mini Bottle Series so this recipe is for 330ml.
Add an inch thick bundle of fresh pine needles to your clean mini glass bottle.
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into a jug and then top up to 300ml with fresh Kombucha (we have the perfect Kombucha Starter Kit to help you with that part). Pour that 300ml into your mini bottle with pine needles and leave at room temp for 3 - 5 days.
Refrigerate before serving over ice, or gifting with a cute bow and gift message.

Pomegranate Kombucha Recipe
Kombucha works SO WELL with the bright, sweet but tart flavour of Pomegranate.
We used Rooibos & Hibiscus Kombucha in this recipe, but Pomegranate seeds also go amazing with the rich clove flavour of the Immune Boosting Kombucha, or the deep Classic Kombucha Brew Bag.
To make 1 litre, add your Kombucha (950ml), along with the seeds of half a pomegranate to a fermentation safe bottle.
You could also add a dash of cinnamon, ginger or nutmeg for an extra festive twist!
Leave to infuse at room temp for 2-3 days & move to fridge. Strain and serve up as it is, it is jut so good!
