A brilliant introduction to making kombucha

Hebe was a great host, she is a wealth of knowledge about kombucha and has loads of tips and tricks to get the novice home brewer going. It was lovely to meet other novice home kombucha makers plus some with more experience. I signed up at the last minute so my kombucha taster didn't arrive in time for the course but it was lovely to taste it the following day and find out what real kombucha should taste like; I loved it! I've now purchased one of Hebe's home brewing kits and I'm well on my way to trying my own home brew! It still seems like a bit of a dark art to me but Hebe is always only an e-mail away for tips, reassurance and advice. I can't recommend Hebe and BooChaCha highly enough.

  • Very easy, nutritious and delicious recipe suggestions for your fresh Kombucha
  • And plenty of time to answer any questions you may have about brewing Kombucha at home
  • You’ll also get a 300ml bottle of delicious fresh kombucha samples sent in the post!
