Pink Probiotic Champagne Recipe

This recipe feels SO FANCY and is perfect for the wellness people of the world, who still love a glass of cold bubbly!

This recipe uses the Haribo Strawbs Kombucha recipe for the base, then gets a bit more complicated.

Probiotic Lemonade Recipe

This zingy Kombucha is so FRESH! To make 1 litre:

  • Mix 950ml of fresh green tea kombucha (brewed with our own Complete Kombucha Starter Kit using the continuous brew method) with the juice of 3 organic lemons (remove pips if possible)
  • Option to add a teaspoon of lemon zest too
  • Leave to infuse at room temperature for 24 - 48 hours.

Store in the fridge and serve up in the sunshine, over ice with a slice!

Top tip - this is AMAZING with gin too!

Red Wine Gums Kombucha Recipe

  • Mix 400ml fresh green tea kombucha (brewed with our own Complete Kombucha Starter Kit using the continuous brew method) with 8 hibiscus flowers from Nia Botanica & handful of juicy blackberries (we used frozen ones)
  • Leave to infuse at room temp for 72 hours
  • Strain 100ml of your bright red infused liquid and mix in 4 tablespoons of grass fed gelatin
  • Heat this in slow bursts in the microwave, mixing often until it is a smooth texture
  • Add in the remaining 300ml Kombucha and stir to combine
  • Pour liquid into moulds (can use ice cube trays) and refrigerate for 4 - 8 hours before serving

Banana Cake Kombucha Recipe

With a scoop of vanilla ice cream, this Kombucha is transformed into a healthy banana float!

You'll need;

  • 900ml fresh homemade Kombucha (we can help with that part)
  • 1 small ripe banana mashed
  • Half a vanilla pod sliced up
  • Dash of cinnamon powder
  • Half a dash of ground nutmeg

Add everything to your glass bottle and leave to infuse for 24 hours. Refrigerate and sieve before serving up with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Mango & Kombucha Gummies Recipe

These are so good for lunchboxes, kids parties & gym bags

  • Blend 200 grams of mango (defrost if using frozen)
  • Add 2 tablespoons of high quality gelatin (1 tablespoon agar agar for vegan version)
  • Heat in bursts in the microwave until it's smooth
  • Let this cool then add in 200ml fresh, home made, totally natural green tea Kombucha and stir
  • Pour into moulds (we used ice cube trays) and pop in the fridge for a few hours
  • Pop them out into a bowl, and watch as they get gobbled up by everyone

Probiotic & High Fibre Jam Recipe

We made a 300g jar of this and kept it for spreading on toast and mixing in porridge! We used:

  • 200ml of fresh green tea kombucha (brewed with our own Complete Kombucha Starter Kit using the continuous brew method)
  • Handful of frozen blackberries
  • 3 tablespoons Psyllium husks
  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • OPTIONAL: Few dried Hibiscus Flowers from Nia Botanica

Mixed Berry & Kombucha Sorbet Recipe

This is the most REFRESHING sorbet we have ever tasted!

To serve two you'll need;

  • 350 grams of mixed frozen berries
  • 200ml fresh, raw, natural green tea Kombucha (we have a Kombucha Starter Kit for that)

Add the berries and your fresh Kombucha into a blender, and blend until smooth. Serve immediately, and relax!
